Questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Open the account sheet in the app, choose "Manage subscription", and cancel in the Stripe customer portal. Cancelling stops renewal.
What happens when Pro ends?
Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then your account falls back to the free plan. Nothing is deleted: you keep read access to all your cloud projects and can keep editing your oldest synced project.
Does Pro work offline?
Yes. Pro optimizes on your own device, so it works offline for up to 30 days between checks of your subscription.
Who processes payments?
Link, powered by Stripe, as merchant of record. They handle sales tax and VAT, and their terms also apply. Charges appear on your statement as LINK.COM* KNTN LLC (KNTN LLC makes and sells Plywise). We never see your full card details.
Is there a free trial?
No. The free plan is there to try the core tool.
