Import a cut list from CSV or a spreadsheet
Already have your parts in a spreadsheet? Export it as CSV, or paste the rows straight in, and Plywise turns each row into a part or a sheet. CSV import is free.

The minimum CSV
Include a header row, then one row per part. Name, length, width and quantity are enough:
name,length,width,quantity,material Side,34.5,23.25,2,Plywood Shelf,34.375,22,1,Plywood
Columns Plywise recognises
Headers are matched without regard to case, spaces or punctuation, so Qty, qty and QTY all work. You can also map any column by hand after pasting.
| Field | Header names |
|---|---|
| Name | name, label, part, panel |
| Length | length, l, height |
| Width | width, w |
| Quantity | quantity, qty, count |
| Material | material |
| Grain | grain, grain direction |
| Rotation | rotation, rotate, allow rotation |
| Edge banding | top, right, bottom, left |
| Units | unit, units |
| Notes | notes, note |
Measurements use the project's units unless a unit column says otherwise. Fractions like 23 1/4 work for inches.
